Europe welcomes a new budget long-haul airline that will feature routes to the Caribbean! The low-cost airline French Blue is introducing direct service between France and the Dominican Republic starting September 10. You may book high season flights for just €296 round trip, even for Christmas!
The latest brand of the Dubreuil group, which also owns Air Caraibes, will provide four flights a week to the Dominican Republic. The new route from Paris Orly to Punta Cana will be operated by a new 378-seat Airbus A330-300. French Blue hopes to fly to even more destinations in 2017.
The new airline is offering three different classes of service:
- Basic: only hand luggage
- Smart: a hold baggage, meals, snack, appetizer, drinks, comfort pack (pillow, blanket)
- Premium: more comfortable seat, 2 pieces of hold baggage, champagne, wine, meals, privileges
