Dubai and Muscat are in one time zone. It’s due to arabic mentality. For example, direct bus trip from Dubai to Abu Dhabi (about 155 km) usually takes more than 2 hours due to traffic congestions in Dubai, but is scheduled as just 1 hour and 15 minutes.
