Stockholm is considered to be among the most beautiful capitals in Europe. Walk along the streets and channels, visit the fantastic museums and don’t miss the impressive Vasa, an entire ship that sank in 1628 and has been recovered and restored in 1961!

Los Angeles is one of the most well known cities in the entire world. The cinema made it famous but it’s enchantments go way beyond that. Blue skies, palm trees everywhere, cool restaurants in each corner, very nice hotels, great avenues. Take a walk on Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hills, go to Universal or Warner Bros studios, or if you are a museum lover, don’t waste the chance to visit the Getty Center, County Museum of Art and the Natural History Museum! Definitely a trip to remember!

Hong Kong is one of the world’s most dynamic city, best known as a shoppers’ paradise. The city of skyscrapers, ancient traditions and heavenly food will fascinate you. Stroll along the waterfront enjoying the world’s most spectacular city skylines. This dynamic and vibrant cosmopolis is a fusion of many cultures. Remnants of its colonial past and the British culture and values, share space with the Chinese tradition. While in Hong Kong, you should necessarily try a bowl of wonton soup or freshly steamed dim sum.

Kuala Lumpur is the capital of Malaysia and the largest city in the whole area. Located on the west coast, Kuala Lumpur is a hot city trip destination due to its great food, shopping and culture, as well as being the perfect melting pot of Malausian and Chinese. Also you will definitely enjoy the Petronas Towers view and the Little India or Chiantown sightseeing!

Iran, former Persia, is home of one of the world’s most ancient civilizations. This country is a  true treasure for those who like history and culture, with unique and diverse attractions and truly welcoming people. Tehran, its capital, is a unique city which combines modernity with the rich history of the Persian civilization, present in architecture and iconic monuments like the Niavaran or Sad Abad palaces, the Grand Bazaar or in spectacular gardens like the one in the Golestan Palace!

It is for those who want to “tick the box” as the article suggests. At least one will be travelling light, because you wont be allowed any checked baggage on most (if not all) of the flights 😛

I went to London, Ethiopia, Johannesburg, Durban, Dubai, London with 3 small (55cmx45x25cm) suitcases and a child! Not noobish here whatsoever. Its how you pack that’s most important.
