While in Palma, you can also visit the imposing Royal Palace of La Almudaina, built as an Arabian Fort (Alcázar), or head to gorgeous 15th-century sandstone Sa Llotja, which was a merchants’ stock exchange.
High on a hill overlooking the entire city is the well-preserved Bellver Castle from the late 13th century. You can get there using an inexpensive bike rental scheme, available in Palma.
