In Tassie you should explore the lakes and caves or climb the Cradle Mountain. Those in search of thrills should see the Tasmanian Devil or discover the Royal Hotel – the ghost town of Linda, closed in the 1950s.

In New South Wales you should explore the Newnes Glow Worm Tunnel, home to thousands of glowing insects. Go to Koala Hospital in Port Macquarie where koalas are treated before they return to their home territory. You can even adopt one!

In Victoria you can watch a match in the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). Get up close to native wildlife at Kennett River, one of the best places to spot koalas in the wild.
