Morocco will re-open for tourism starting from June 15

Starting from June 15, the date on which international flights to Morocco will resume, visitors from several countries (including EU member states) will be allowed to enter the country.

According with the Morocco’s Tourism Official Website starting next Tuesday, June 15th, visitors from “list A”– where EU members are included – will be able to enter the country

(…) if they have a vaccination certificate or a negative PCR test at least 48 hours before the date of entry into Moroccan territory

For visitors from B List countries the measures in place are significantly more rigorous. A special travel permit will be required as well as a negative PCR test performed up to 48 hours before entry into Morocco and a 10-day quarantine.

According to the same page, cafes, restaurants, public transport, museums and cultural sites are operating with tighter safety measures, such as the mandatory use of a mask, the introduction of safety distancing, hand hygiene and temperature checks.
