Thailand plans to reopen to some vaccinated visitors from 1st November!

Great news! Travel to one of the most desired South-East Asian countries will be soon possible again!

Today, Monday 11st October, the Thailand’s Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha announced a plan to allow fully-vaccinated visitors from at least 10 “low risk” countries to enter the country!

In the first eight months of this year, foreign tourists’ arrivals plunged to 73,932 from almost 40 million visitors in 2019. On the attempt to revive its tourism-reliant economy, which has suffered great losses in the latest months, the vaccinated citizens of this list of countries may be allowed to enter Thailand without quarantine requirement starting from November 1st:

Germany
Sweden
Denmark
Norway
France
Russia
China and Hong Kong
South Korea
Australia
Singapore
