You will see 8000 warriors and 130 chariots, all made in terracotta, which were built more then 2000 years ago. The terracotta figures are life-sized. Originally, the figures were also painted with bright pigments, colored pink, red, green, blue, black, brown, white and lilac.
Work on the mausoleum began in 246 BC soon after Emperor Qin ascended the throne. Almost 700,000 workers were involved into the construction.
