On October 18, 30-year-old Bulgarian Inka Fileva , who lives in London, had to fly from Great Britain to Valencia to visit her boyfriend. After passing all the security checks at London’s Stansted Airport, she somehow got not on a plane, but on a flight to Kiev. Ryanair employees did not notice that her boarding pass for on another flight.

Her Ryanair flight to Valencia departed from gate 44, she ended up going to gate 54 instead. Before getting on the plane, the staff scanned her boarding and let her on a flight to Kyiv.

Since it was a flight early in the morning, Inka, who works as a bartender, slept through the entire trip. When she landed she realised by the signs and the police that she wasn’t in Valencia.

Not realizing how she found herself in a completely different country, the passenger went to the information point to ask for help. No one understood how she got to Ukraine and kept asking her the ticket to Kyiv.

At the same time, the passenger praised the very polite staff of the Kiev airport, who contacted Ryanair and helped her get to Valencia – first by flight back to the UK, and then to Valencia.
