Canada will have a new ultra-low-cost carrier with fares as low as CA$178 round trip. NewLeaf Travel based at Winnipeg Airport has announced that it would begin operating commercial flights out of the seven cities in Canada. It plans to launch service on February 12.
OTHungary-based budget airline today reported record half-year profits on the back of a 20.4% increase in the number of passengers carried. Wizz Air continues to build on the market position – the low cos carrier signed a deal to buy 110 Airbus A321 Neo aircraft.
